Thomas Keller Teaches Cooking Techniques II: Meats, Stocks, and Sauces

I really loved the first one (someone posted a link here, forgot where) and recently found out about the second one. If you've seen and liked the 1st, you will like it (i haven't finished watching, but so far so good).

I also tried the gordon ramsay one (he has 2 masterclasses as well), not bad but I think Keller helped me more.

What do you guys think? Ramsay, Keller or Someone else? Esp when it comes to meat recipes?
