My mother in law bought me a pork tenderloin because I expressed wanting to do some more elaborate meals instead of the one-pots i usually do.
I have no clue what to do with it. I'm reading some recipes online, but I'm overwhelmed with the options and want to hear some fairly simple, yet tasty things to do with it.
