I realise that this is an insanely long shot but on the BBC website: https://www.bbc.com/food/recipes/sticky_toffee_brioche_38668 there was a recipe for a variant of sticky toffee pudding where you use brioche as the bread and add layers of toffee sauce between each layer of bread. It was one of my favorite things I've ever cooked and if anyone has a copy or knows who's recipe it was I'd be eternally grateful.
