My SIL freezer broke while she was out of town and long story short I have to use 20 lbs of pork roast most likely by Christmas.
There are 2 10 lb roasts so I was going to stuff one in the slow cooker and make some amazing Christmas pulled pork. I have no clue what to do with the other 10lbs.
I need suggestions, please.
