I made some amazing asparagus tonight and wanted to share. Take one bunch of asparagus and cut it on the bias a few times (roughly 1 1/2 inch pieces). Cook it is olive oil over medium-high heat and add garlic, capers, butter, and lemon juice for approx. 8 minutes. Add fresh cut parsley and grated Parmesan cheese when plating. My girlfriend and I thought it was amazing so curious to hear what you guys think.
