I'm a broke vegetarian college student who misses meat flavors, but stay strong to the vegetarian life. Does the following recipe I came up with work for this 'vegetarian chicken patty'?
Mix water, wheat flour, soy protein concentrate, soy protein isolate, corn oil mixed with spices, onion, garlic wrapped around bread crumbs, frozen & deep-fried. Does that sound gross or possible-deliciousness? What can I remove/add to make it more tasteful to chicken? Would the texture be gross or just fine? Thanks
