I'm looking for something in the vein of a sauce and a suggestion of what kind of meat to pour it over.. but if you have another amazing thing to throw this rind into by all means let me know! The truffle flavor almost gives this goat cheese a Bleu cheese profile and it's quite a strong flavored item.
