I got my hands on some of Robertson's Mincemeat from the store, mostly because it looked yummy to put in pastries and I also liked the jar/glass. But this mysterious mass of (probably) sweet wonders is new to me, here in Norway the selection at the grocery stores are rather feeble and minimal, but there's one store who got the balls to import something new now and then.
So I ask the ones of you who likes this mincemeat: What's your favorite Robertson's Mincemeat recipes? Could you please share some? I'm not allergic to nuts! Or other things. Except shrimps and such. They're alien looking.
