I've been looking through some, almost all have cranberry sauce in them (which I don't like), hence why they're leftover sandwiches because cranberry sauce is terrible, I suppose. Anyways, does anyone have any sort of sandwich that they really love to make from leftovers, particularly turkey? I made a 22lb bird this year and have about 2lbs of leftovers.
