Chicken is a main stable in my diet. Typically I'll season it with generic "all-spice" then grill it up in a sauté pan. Overall it's rather disappointing. I've tried marinating the breasts overnight in Italian dressing and it came out dry.
I'm looking for some relatively simple rubs that will really amp up my chicken game.
