Christmas in Australia tends to be hot. I’m considering doing a cold lunch with a difference. I’m aiming to pre-prepare as much as I can.
I want to do mini hampers for everyone. So far I have thought of including sliced ham, sharp cheese, small pots of mustards and pickles. I’m also going to do fresh bread rolls. Other possibilities include potted shrimp and scotch eggs.
What else might I consider? I am thinking of chicken portions, but I don’t know how I might present them. Salad?
