I was going to make some crispy baked tofu, broccoli, and Jasmine rice for lunch, but it doesn't seem complete without a sauce.
I'm not really practiced in making sauces, so simpler is most helpful. The tofu is tossed in just olive oil, soy sauce, and cornstarch. I was going to roast the broccoli with just some olive oil and salt. I have honey, soy sauce, olive oil, and typical American kitchen condiments (ketchup, mustard, etc) at my disposal, but I have to get tofu at the store anyway, so I can pick up a few things. Any suggestions?
