Hello Folks.
Stuff I've got on hand to use up:
- Sliced White Mushrooms
- Thin Sliced Green Bell Peppers Rings
- Sliced Yellow Onion Rings
- Thinly Sliced Yellow Squash Coins.
- Sweet Potatoes Uncoocked
- A Homemade Enchilada Sauce that's has an Indian-like flavor to it. (Half a Cup)
I've got pantry items like rice, beans, and various fresh stuff like carrots, Peas frozen veg and etc.
I'm wondering if these ingredients fit into an Indian Recipe? Even just suggestions would be great, too.
Would like to keep in Vegie/Vegan.
