Any ideas for a special target audience for a cooking/recipe app?

I'm looking for ideas for a target audience for my cooking/recipe app.

I am searching for audiences that are out of the box for example a cooking app for astronauts, an app for professional sport athletes, an app for young mothers who don't have much time, etc. Something more niche.

Any ideas are welcome. The crazier the better!
