Last year I went to a restaurant and had the most amazing looking dessert however I can’t find a recipe for anything similar anywhere.
It was basically a mousse inside of what looked like an apple (was a sugar coating glaze). I know it doesn’t sound that amazing but it looked so good and the strawberry mousse was lovely. Any suggestions would be must appreciated!
