What do I need for a good Taco?

Hey guys, I live in Germany and we don't have a lot of Mexican restaurants here.

I also never have eaten a mexican dish besides Chili con Carne.

But I really like the idea of a tacos!

I also don't know anyone from America and thought it would be cool if someone who regularly eats Tacos could tell me a good recipe on how to make some really good Tacos.

I know I could find a lot of recipes online, but it would be cool to know what the people who live or grew up in the country where Tacos are from could tell me how they like them the most.
