So I've grown up being taught making chicken hearts in fried butter and garlic. A farmers market that recently closed near me sold cooked chicken hearts in some kind of juice. I have no clue what recipe it was but it was absolutely amazing! Does anyone have any chicken heart recipes that would have a juice in them?
