fermented bao dough?

I was wondering if anyone in the sub knew how to make fermented bao dough! I'm used to making the usual kind where you make it then let it rise and whatnot and then go ahead and roll it out, but I've heard it's really good fermented and wanted to see if I could find out how it's done!
