This recipe is from my fiance's grandmother's files, and I Googled the name of it and nothing came up.

3/4 C sugar 1 C flour 2 t baking powder 1/4 t salt 2 T butter 4 T chocolate 1/2 C milk 1t vanilla 1/2 C brown sugar 1/2 C white sugar 1T cocoa 1 C water on top
Bake 1/2 hour 350
Any idea what it could be or if it was a typo? Thanks in advance!
