Long story short, I work as a cook in a small, locally-owned restaurant. One day a week I have the opportunity to make the soup of the day. With Halloween approaching and my love of all things horror, I would love to make a slightly gruesome (in appearance) soup some time closer to the holiday. Anyone have a recipe with no pumpkin?
