Making bbq sauces for my wedding reception. Already have a spicy sauce made with Carolina reaper/ghost peppers.
So I want a whiskey bbq sauce that doesn’t use ketchup. Want a tomato sauce base. Then a South Carolina mustard bbq sauce.
What do you guys have for me?
