Authentic Masala Chai Tea Recipe

The recipe is an authentic Indian version shared with me by a food blogger, Geetha Priyanka of Flavours Treat. Chai tea is such a comforting drink. I love the fragrant aroma and the warm, spicy tones. Drinking it takes me back to my time in India two years ago, drinking chai tea from tiny clay cups while pulled up in a tuk tuk on the roadside in Varanasi. Such a fond food-travel memory! I love how quick and easy it is to make your own chai. The drink can be prepared from scratch in just 20 minutes, so there really is no need to cut corners by buying a shop-bought version - which certainly won't taste as good anyway!
