I have some nice Feta and I want to make a hot dip with feta, artichoke hearts, olives, and roasted red peppers. I'm going to top it with a bit of sauteed tomato onion and basil.
Dip:
2 cups feta 8 oz cream cheeze 3 oz greek yogurt 2 oz mayo 1/2 cup parmesan 1/2 cup roasted red pepper 1/3 cup artichoke heart 1/2 cup black olive Bit of oregano, red pepper flake, salt and pepper.
Top:
1 small tomato chopped Half small onion chopped 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil Olive oil and even less balsamic, snp. Sautee only about 10 min and top dip.
Pita chips!
Anything I should change, ratios off? Anything inside the dip I should put on top or vice versa? Just curious excited to make it!
