I make berry smoothies pretty often, sometimes as a to-go breakfast and usually post-workout with a bit of whey. I just throw in some frozen mixed berries, bit of greek yogurt or milk, ice and blend. Simple and pretty yummy, but its not *delicious* like a smoothie from jamba juice. Is it a particular mix of fruits, added flavoring, added XXX, better greek yogurt? Not looking to make it extra healthy and not counting calories. appreciate any tips
