INGREDIENTS
400g new potatoes, 1 onion, 1 red pepper, 1 clove of garlic, 1 can of chopped tomatoes 1 can of chickpeas, 100g chorizo sausage, 4-5 rashers of streaky bacon or small bacon 'bits', 1 tsp paprika, (optional) 2sp chilli powder, chilli flakes. 1tsp olive oil.
METHOD
Par boil potatoes for 9-10 mins, while doing this fry the bacon, onion, garlic and pepper.
Add chorizo after a few minutes, then the paprika and chilli ( If you're having chilli).
Add the chopped tomatoes, chickpeas and some pepper ( You can add salt but I tend not to)
3-4 fill the tomato can with eater and add along with the potatoes. Mix well.
Put the pot on simmer for 20-30 mins and it will be ready!
