This is my crack. The process is ugly but the result is godly.
Ingredients
- 2 bricks of Philadelphia Cream Cheese, warmed.
- 4 Wyler's Beef Bouillon cubes
- Yellow Onion
Process

Using a handmixer and a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until soft.

Grate about 1-2 tblsp. of yellow onion into the bowl (Yes, grate. Think applesauce consistency).

Place the beef cubes in a mug with 2 tblsp water, cover with paper towel, and microwave for 20 second intervals, stirring/breaking down in between, until fully liquid. Pour into bowl.

Beat the entire mixture again until uniform.

Transfer to Tupperware and store in fridge overnight. Serve with Ruffles or Pretzels.
You won't regret it!
