My parents recently won a truffle as a door prize, being total sweethearts they've given me a portion along with a tub of homemade truffle butter. As this is probably the only time I'll ever eat/cook truffle does anyone have any outstanding recipes they'd recommend? I've found a couple but I'm having trouble choosing.
