I am growing tomatoes this year, and just picked a mixture of 5 lbs of beefsteak, big boys, and early girls.
What are some of your favorite fresh tomato sauce recipes?
I will also take other suggestions for using fresh tomatoes. So far I have a margherita pizza, and tomato basil soup
