Hey everyone. Just wondering if someone can help me with this. I live in Vancouver BC and we have a lot of indian pre-marinaded meat shops here. I was looking for the recipes and was wondering if any of you have successfuly recreated one of them. I can make the basic tandoori chicken bbq recipe but they have all sorts of other marinades, such as:
Kashmiri Chicken
BBQ Chicken <--The yellow coloured one
Mint chicken
Lemon Chicken
Could you all PLEASE help me in finding out what goes into these?
