I have recently been requested by family members to cook a Thai dish. The only thing is my family tends to be picky about their tastes. I am currently looking for a recipe which will satisfy both meat/fish and vegetable lovers alike. I am also trying to avoid having a spicy dish, unless it can be cooked very mildly and heat can be added later. Some Thai dishes I thought of already are: Yellow Curry, Pad Thai, and Satay Chicken and Vegetable skewers. I can't wait to hear your suggestions!
