I’ve always been a little put off by fish. But I’m interested in trying to work it into my diet, for the health benefits. I believe I could learn to like it.
- No canned tuna.
- Nothing deep fried.
- The healthier the better. Omega 3s and whatnot. Definitely more interested in whatever fish have the most nutritional value.
- But also less of a fishy taste if possible.
