Recipe/advice for a 30 lb suckling pig?

Im looking to cook a 30 lb suckling pig for my birthday. I am thinking of roasting it on a spit or in a caja china, depending on which one is available. I am also still trying to find a pig cheap enough for me to buy, but i was looking for a recipe for a marinade or a rub to put on or in this pig to make it delicious through and through. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
