I'm currently living off campus for the first time with a few other roommates and I really need help with my food situation. Ive recently been eating nothing but mac n cheese and toaster strudels so its safe to say I need to start eating some real food. I used to just use a food card at my school, but now that I'm off campus I want to save some money and try making food myself since I have a kitchen and stove now. I'm looking for some stuff on the cheap and healthy side. I have a crock pot and rice maker if that helps. Ive never used the crock pot in my life though. My cooking skills are slim to none and my roommates are in the same boat as me. So preferably nothing super complicated for cooking. I'm not very picky, I love a lot of asian or rice based foods. I don't eat much meat except chicken. And I really love pasta however I should probably take it easy on pasta since that's all I've been eating.
