Anti-Inflammatory tea

Ingredients:

1-2 Tablespoons of dried turmeric or one stick of fresh yellow or white turmeric.

Half a stick fresh cinnamon, broken

5 cloves

Half a teaspoon of pepper or peppercorns (piperine aids absorption)

Small stick of fresh grated ginger.

Method:

Gently simmer for 20-30 minutes, being careful not to boil. Add enough water for some to steam off.

I made this little drink every other day, and almost immediately feel much better! Sometimes I add passionflower. If it's too strong reduce the amount or dilute.
