Ideas to season or add flavor to the whites of deviled eggs?

I have a ton of fresh eggs and they are huge, so I’ve been making a lot of deviled eggs lately. Because of their size I’m getting a lot of bland egg whites. Any ideas for how to give them more flavor? I’ve noticed that just seasoning with spices tends to come off with storing. Any tips on maybe pickling, or infusing flavor into the whites another way?
