Hey all! I bought a few sweet potatoes the other day because I hear how healthy they are for you but I’ve never made a dish with a sweet potato and I’ve only eaten sweet potato fries once. I know nothing about them. I’d like to use them as a side not really as a main ingredient in a dish. Please give me some help.
