So I got a few sweet potatoes and I want to use them in a Chef John recipe. Basically it's a mashed sweet potato mixed with some cream cheese, eggs, flour and dump them all onto the pan and pan fry them. Here's the recipe. And here's the video.
I'm allergic to eggs. Is there anything I can use instead of eggs in this kind of recipe? Or should I just skip it? Thank you.
