Hi everyone!
A few years ago, I was in a restaurant and someone ordered Mozart Cake. It looked amazing, and I ordered a slice as well. Ever since, the memory has haunted me and I have scoured the internet, looking for a recipe to recreate the only time in my life I felt joy.
I suspect that the cake is well known, but the name was unique. I can best describe it as layers of Japonaise (soft meringue with seasonal tree nuts) and hazelnut praline cream, topped with fine chocolate shavings.
I have, as of yet, not find a recipe. Is anyone familiar with a Mozart Cake? Can I have a recipe for it? Please Reddit, come through.
