Hi all! Just found this community because we are wanting to eat in more, to save money and be a bit healthier. My husband is a picky eater, and he mainly eats white meat; specifically salmon, chicken and turkey. Lots of rice and veggies. He has high blood pressure so we try to avoid too much red meat and sodium. Most recipes I’ve found have been super complicated or have a looong list of ingredients, which I don’t mind every now and then, but it gets tiring doing a long recipe every single night when I’m tired from work. Does anyone have any good recipes that we would enjoy? Thanks in advance :)
