my hot dog recipe. 1 packet of brioche hot dog buns 1 packet of skinless hot dogs. any maple syrp 500g of diced bacon.
any skinless hot dogs boiled up. in a non stick pan or small pot, cook up some diced bacon, once it starts to brown, pour in half a cup of maple syrup per 500g of bacon. constantly stir till the maple syrup has reduced, but before it turns to toffee. then put the hot dog in the roll, put the bacon on top, and add any sauce.
