Protein-Packed Vegan Tortilla Wraps + Recipe + Macros

Ingredients:

100g Bell Pepper Diced

200g Broccoli Chopped

160g Spinach Rough-Chopped

2 Tins Baked Beans

3 Tins rRed Kidney Beans

200g Frozen Peas

1 tbsp Paprika

1 tbsp Tamari Sauce

8 Tortillas Flour

Cooking Instructions:

Combine the baked beans, kidney beans, and peas in a pot. Season with paprika and simmer for 5 minutes.

Water sautee the bell peppers, broccoli, and spinach in a pan. Season with tamari.

Serve the beans and vegetables with flour tortillas for wrapping.
