In short, SO is gone all weekend so I've decided to do nothing but movies, Nintendo switch, and pizza.
I plan on making these all pan pizzas, per Kenjis recipe. This way I only have to make one big batch of dough and pull from that.
All made in my 8“ cast iron.
Here's my first thoughts, some based on things I found on this sub.
Please help build these pizza ideas up or suggest new ones!
Ranch. Potato. Rosemary
Tikka masala or Tandoori. Chicken
Bbq. Short rib. Red onion. Gouda
Red. Fresh mozz. Basil. Prosciutto
Olive oil. Gorgonzola. Pear. Arugala.
