Recipe: 4lbs dog meat (strip the hide first)
2tsps salt
3tsps pepper
1tbsps apple cider vinegar
2tbsps honey
4 whole asparagus stalks
1 onion
2 green peppers
2 cloves of garlic
3oz of chopped button mushrooms
4/5 cup of soy sauce
Mix the vegetables,, mushrooms, honey, salt pepper and vinegar into a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes stirring frequently, remember to add 1/2 cup of water.
Put meat over grilltop and cook until rare, then take off heat. Chop meat into fine pieces and place in oven safe glass pan (like you'd use fir ham) as well as the sauce.
Cook until no longer rare and enjoy.
Other red meats work as well
