Hi everyone,
It is spot prawn season in British Columbia. I tried them for the first time a few days ago, wasn't sure what to do with them so I did a quick search online and simply boiled them in salt water. They turned out GREAT!
I'm wondering what are you're favorite ways to prepare spot prawns? I see lots of posts about just eating them raw, which I'm totally fine with but my mom isn't a fan. They are naturally sweet so if anyone knows how to compliments the meat.
Also I was confused if I should keep the head on or not during cooking.
