I've been sticking to a recipe where you cook the pasta in butter, flour, water, and milk with some simple seasonings (onion, garlic powders, paprika, cayenne). Then when it's cooked I add a bunch of sharp cheddar and some mozz. But I want to know what recipes others swear by.
