My kiddo (and doggo) and I are headed our on a two + day road trip in a week or so. I'd love some of your favorite on-the-go recipes. I was thinking an oat/fruit/nut butter bar, a trail mix, and some cheese and apples. I would like to avoid lots of carbs, but still have a decent amount of fiber.
Any recipe that you love for unrefrigerated fun would be greatly appreciated!
