Apologies if this is in the wrong place. I'm looking for a recipe on how to make a Hungarian grilled baguette sandwich. Long story short, my bf misses Budapest and it's his birthday this week so I thought this might make a nice gift. I can't find anything online. I'm looking for something like a sandwich from Bors in Budapest (on mobile, link at bottom). I don't need a full recipe, but does anyone know how to even approach making this delicious, crispy sandwich?
It looks like they scooped the bread out and seriously grilled it, but if anyone has more detailed ideas, let me know.
