My family uses media crema in their flan recipe but that's about all I know to use it in. Sometimes the pantry has a few cans of it and I wish I knew more recipes to use it for. I'm also really intrigued if anyone knows how to make Irish cream with it as I've been told table cream could be used for it, but never found a recipe. Table cream or Media Crema usually for me, comes in a can by Nestle.
