Searching for the best Shawarma Recipe

Hey every food enthusiast and recipe lovers. I'm in search of the best Shawarma recipe. It can be Chicken, lamb or beef Shawarma, I don't mind.

I've been making Shawarma myself for a very long time, but it never compares to the ones I get from some local Arab restaurants I have around me. I was wondering if any of you guys know any authentic Shawarma recipe? Like any passed down from the family. Or Any you peeps know the best Shawarma recipe. I wish to perfect this spice blend.
