I'm reposting this slightly edited because the wording of the initial recipe upset some people.
What you need:
4lbs of any red meat that can be eaten rare, in case it's not baked thoroughly enough.
2tsps salt
3tsps pepper
1tbsps apple cider vinegar
3tbsps honey
4 whole asparagus stalks (Chopped)
1 onion (Diced/chopped)
2 green peppers (Sliced)
2 cloves of garlic (Minced)
1/2 cup of chopped button mushrooms
4/5 cup of soy sauce
1/8 cup of milk to thicken
1/10 cup of sugar
Mix the vegetables,, mushrooms, honey, salt pepper, vinegar, and soy sauce into a saucepan , remember to add 1/2 cup of water. Add the mushrooms and vegetables about a quarter of the way through cooking, at the garlic halfway through cooking. Stir thoroughly while cooking over medium heat for 15 minutes, when finished let simmer.
Put meat over grilltop in strips or steaks and cook until rare, then take it off of the heat. Chop meat into small cubes or slices and place in a glass pan with mixture , let it sit for about 5 minutes, mix it inside of the pan, then bake in the oven until meat is cooked completely through at between 350 degrees and 380 degrees (Fahrenheit) Pull the mix out of the oven, let cool, and enjoy. Best enjoyed in a bowl.
